Vendor Information

The approximately 1,700 people who attend the Festival include secondary school, college and university students, theatre for youth and community theatre participants, and supporters of theatre and the arts in Florida.

The Festival will play host to more than fifty secondary schools, representatives from over thirty colleges and universities, as well as community theatre groups, and stage professionals.

The Festival offers four days of secondary one acts, theatre for youth performances, community theatre performances, SETC screening auditions, a ten-minute play, plus much more.

This venue will offer you an exceptional opportunity to showcase your products and services. As a Participating vendor you will be highlighted in our Festival Program, which each attendee receives at registration.

To attend simply download the vendor registration form found at left, and mail with payment to the name and address listed on the form.

Program Advertising Information

Because the Program is distributed to all those attending the Festival, advertising in the Festival Program is an excellent way to focus increased attention on your attendance at the Expo as an exhibitor and/or workshop instructor. Your advertisement will inform a focused group of stage and theatre people about your goods and services.

As a college or university, advertising in the festival program will put your school's name in front of a core group of secondary school students and their parents/guardians, and teachers. This impression is invaluable.

To advertise, download the advertising application at left, attach camera-ready art, and a check and forward to the name and address on the form and we will be pleased to include you in our Festival Program.

Workshops

You might like to consider sharing your talents by presenting a workshop for our attendees as a means of highlighting your participation as a vendor at the Expo. The festival offers more than sixty workshops a year, which may be targeted to a specific audience (like educators or secondary school students) if you wish. These workshops are listed in some detail in the festival program and are highly sought after, so submit early!
