We are proud to partner with our sponsor LUDUS to process all FTC 2026 registrations.
We are excited about this transition, but we also know that any change in registration procedure requires adjustments and flexibility for all those involved.
We appreciate your patience and willingness to adapt to our new system.
We have done our best to make the LUDUS ticketing platform as user-friendly as possible, so please read all directions carefully when completing your registration.
Once your registration is submitted through the LUDUS platform, the division chairs associated with the programming you have registered for will be in touch with any further forms, questions, or otherwise.
For All Group Registrations (High Schools, Youth, State Colleges, etc.)
Please download this template (CLICK HERE for Google Sheet) or this template (CLICK HERE for Microsoft Excel), make a copy (don't request access to the original file), fill it out with all of your attendees and their information, and upload it at the end of your Registration. Your attendee list MUST be uploaded as a Google or Excel Spreadsheet (.xls), NOT as a PDF.

REGISTRATION FEES FOR FTC 2026
(Please be advised that if cost for add-on performances and activities is a barrier for your organization, please let us know in the final field "Notes on Submission" for us to review your situation or adjustment will not be considered.
High School Fees
ORGANIZATIONAL FEE - $75 (includes 1 Organization Director/Sponsor)
STUDENT FEE - $50 per student
CHAPERONE FEE - $50 per Additional Chaperone (not including the Org. Director/Sponsor)
ONE ACT PERFORMANCE FEE - $100 per One Act
JR. AUDITION MASTERCLASS/SR. AUDITION/TECH INTERVIEW Fee - $25 per Audition
FTC T-SHIRT - $10 per Shirt
FRIDAY NIGHT GUEST PERFORMANCES - $5 per Ticket
(Opening Night Celebration Tickets and Scholarship Auditions are free but need to be requested/listed in the Registration process)
Youth Org. / Elementary & Middle School Fees
ORGANIZATIONAL FEE - $75 (includes 1 Organization Director/Sponsor)
STUDENT FEE - $50 per student

Individual Attendee Fees
MEMBERSHIP FEE - $50

College/University/Vendor/Professional Org. Fees
ORGANIZATIONAL FEE - $160 (includes 1 Org. Representative & 1 8 ft Table with 2 Chairs)
ADDITIONAL REPRESENTATIVE FEE - $70 per Representative
ADDITIONAL STUDENT REPRESENTATIVE FEE - $50 per Student
ADDITIONAL TABLE & 2 CHAIRS - $100
ELECTRICAL SOURCE - $20
FTC T-SHIRT - $10 per Shirt

Late Fees
(for registrations submitted after 5:00 pm on 10/2/26)
If Subtotal is less than $100: $10
If Subtotal is from $100 to $499: $50
If Subtotal is from $500 to $1,000: $100
If Subtotal is $1,000 or greater: $150
Deadlines
Registration Deadline | 5:00 pm on October 2, 2026
Registrations can still be completed after October 2, 2026 up to the day(s) of the Conference onsite, but these late registrations will not be able to perform in the one-act festivals, college auditions, or scholarship auditions and will be charged a late registration fee.
While registrations will continue to be accepted up to the days of the Conference onsite, certain divisions like College Auditions have very strict due dates and will absolutely NOT be able to accommodate submissions received after October 2. Even if the payment will be delayed, it is essential to get all necessary registration forms submitted by 5:00 pm on October 2, 2026 (with the exception of the Audition Registration Form and Scholarship Submissions, which are due no later than 5:00 pm on October 9, 2026).
