Workshops
Does your company have theatrical expertise? Share it with our attendees! Workshop proposals are now being accepted.
This year, FTC will waive the $50 membership fee for workshop presenters who've submitted their proposals and been accepted by September 15, 2026. To submit your Workshop Proposal, Click Here.

FTC 2026 Fees (Vendors and Professional Companies)
ORGANIZATIONAL FEE - $160 (includes 1 Org. Representative & 1 8 ft Table with 2 Chairs)
ADDITIONAL REPRESENTATIVE FEE - $70 per Representative
ADDITIONAL STUDENT REPRESENTATIVE FEE - $50 per Student
ADDITIONAL TABLE & 2 CHAIRS - $100
ELECTRICAL SOURCE - $20
FTC T-SHIRT - $10 per Shirt
FRIDAY NIGHT GUEST PERFORMANCES - $5 per Ticket
(Opening Night Celebration Tickets are free but need to be requested/listed in the Registration process)

If Subtotal is less than $100: $10
If Subtotal is from $100 to $499: $50
If Subtotal is from $500 to $1,000: $100
If Subtotal is $1,000 or greater: $150
IMPORTANT DEADLINES
FTC '26 REGISTRATION DEADLINE | 5:00 pm on 10/2/26
Registrations can still be completed after October 2, 2026 up to the day(s) of the Conference onsite, but these late registrations will not be able to perform in the one-act festivals, college auditions, or scholarship auditions and will be charged a late registration fee.​

​While registrations will continue to be accepted up to the days of the Conference onsite, certain divisions like College Auditions have very strict due dates and will absolutely NOT be able to accommodate submissions received after October 2. Even if the payment will be delayed, it is essential to get all necessary Conference Registration materials submitted by the due date of October 2, 2026.
